Mitchel Musso rocks out in his new music video for “Hey.”

The 17-year-old Hannah Montana Star turned Musician recently dished on what the song means, “It’s all about being done with a girl and she keeps coming back. I’m kind of just like, ‘Dude, I’m done.’”
